All casino games at Spin NGO — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, slots, and live casino games — are subject to the following rules:

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes

If your account is closed for valid reasons through no fault of your own, Spin NGO will return your verified account balance within 14 business days.

Members may also request self-closure of their account by contacting Spin NGO's support team. The request will be processed within 3 business days, and any account balance will be returned once all pending bets have been settled.
